Technology in the classroom

As we sail through the 21st century technology in the classroom is becoming more and more predominant. Visit Teach hub to find out the benefits of having technology in the classroom and how it can enhance your child's education.

Office 365 is bringing together Microsoft's various online productivity tools including PowerPoint, OneNote and Word Online among others and the best bit is that it is free for all students!

OneNote is a fantastic resource to use for your school work. Whether you're at home or school OneNote automatically saves and synchronises your notes so you focus on your throughts and ideas, and access your information anywhere from any device. You can take notes in class (no more carrying heavy books), share Notebooks between teachers and students (great for revision or to catch up on any missed information) and engage in a collaborative teaching space among many other benefits.

DIGIMONDAYS

As part of the schools' commitment to supporting students embrace technology and enhance learning we run DIGIMONDAYS.

Every Monday during Homework centre, we invite all students to access tutorials designed to utilise the suite of FREE educational programs available. The school Technical Support Officer is also available to alleviate technical concerns.
