For use when changes to your students details are needed.

Permission to publish

Allow Nepean Creative and Performing Arts High School to share information about and/or images of your child.

Refund application

A refund can only be made to the person who made the original payment. Refunds can only be made back to the original card for Online and EFTPOS.

Application for extended leave

This form is to be completed by the student's parent and returned to their child's school principal.
