Q: What happens if I can't access online learning in any way?
A: Please contact your class teachers if you are having difficulty in a particular subject.
If you can't access any online learning, please contact the school: nepean-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au
Alternatively contact the school on (02) 47287200 and you will be directed to the relevant staff.
Q: Will students who attend school have an advantage to the students learning at home?
A: All students will be accessing one package of learning, online learning, whether it be on school grounds or at home
Q: If I send my child to school, will they attend normal lessons?
A: No, all students will be under minimal supervision while accessing their online content
Q: Should I let the school know if I am choosing to keep my child at home?
A: Yes, please let the school know in the way you would normally if your child isn't going to be attending
Q: Why is every teacher using Teams differently?
A: Faculties will be using teams in the way that works for that particular subject. If you have any concerns or can't find something please contact your teacher
Q: What do I do if I am not receiving the emails sent out by the school?
A: Please contact the office at your earliest convenience to check we have your correct email address on file: 0247287200, alternatively email nepean-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au
Q: Does my child have to wear a mask if they attend school?
A: Yes. As per NSW Health guidelines, all staff and students attending school on site are required to wear a mask
